at least for me!!!!!!!!! Went over to Pamet Harbor last night after work and tossed out a small mambo minnow – chrome/blueback – got a large 14 inch bass! Then nothing for about 10 casts and then I looked down below the docks and saw about 100 bass – mostly 12 to 18 inches swimming along the bottom. Put on a small small green tsunami shad and just let that baby sink and did the twitching thing, got about 5 in the next 10 minutes, called it a day and went home.
